Tracking numbers arrive by email when your order ships; check spam and your account, or email us after five business days.

I can't find my tracking number.

Silent tracking is normal during international transit, customs or carrier handoff; contact us after 15 business days without updates.

Why is my tracking status not updating?

One shipment normally covers the whole order; separate tracking numbers arrive when items ship from different warehouses, include pre-orders, or are split.

I ordered multiple items. Why do I only have one tracking number?

Countries such as Brazil, India and Mexico need the recipient's Tax ID, South Korea a PCCC, or customs may hold the parcel.

Why do I need to provide a Tax ID (or PCCC) for my delivery?

Bundles and mixed orders can ship from more than one warehouse, so parcels get separate tracking and can arrive days apart.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
