Why. This is about what our carriers and warehouses can currently clear into a given country, and it changes. It is not a judgement about you, and it does not mean we do not want your order.
What to do. Email [email protected] with your country and what you were hoping to order. Sometimes we can arrange something through a different route, and if we cannot we will tell you straight away and let you know when it changes. It is worth asking — the list moves.
If your country is not on that list but you cannot find it at checkout, tell us anyway. That would be a fault at our end rather than a restriction.
