One tracking number normally covers the whole order, because when everything is in stock we pack it as a single shipment.
An order is split into more than one parcel when:
Items ship from different warehouses. Some products are held in different locations.
A pre-order is mixed with in-stock items. The in-stock part goes out first and the pre-order follows when it is ready.
The order is large. Past a certain size the contents travel better in two or more boxes than in one.
Every parcel gets its own tracking number and its own dispatch email, so a second number arriving days after the first is normal. Splitting an order never costs you anything extra.
On timing: we dispatch within 48 to 72 business hours of the order, and transit is usually one to two weeks depending on the destination.
If part of your order has not arrived and no second tracking number has come through, that is worth checking. Message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and we will tell you what is still to come.
