Why is my tracking status not updating?

Silent tracking is normal on international orders, though it is unsettling to watch when you are waiting on a parcel. The usual reasons:

  • In transit between countries: tracking often goes quiet while a package is moving internationally. Updates resume once it clears customs in your country.

  • Customs processing: packages can sit in customs for several days without a single scan.

  • Carrier handoff: when the package passes from our shipping partner to your local postal service, there is often a gap before the new carrier starts scanning.

Which courier actually has my parcel?

Parcels ship from the regional warehouse closest to you, so the first carrier varies — and near the destination the parcel often hands over to a local delivery company. Your tracking number usually works on the local carrier’s own site too, and it can show more detail there than in the international view. If you cannot tell who has the parcel right now, ask us and we will name the carrier and the local office to contact.

If your tracking has not updated in more than 15 business days, message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and tracking number. We will chase it with the carrier and come back to you with whatever they can tell us.
