Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Bundles and mixed orders can ship from more than one warehouse, so parcels get separate tracking and can arrive days apart.

This is normal and usually means nothing is missing.

We ship from several regional warehouses rather than one central location, and your order goes out from whichever ones hold the items you bought. If a bundle or a mixed order is spread across more than one of them, it travels as more than one parcel.

  • Each parcel gets its own tracking number, so you may get more than one dispatch email.

  • They can arrive days apart. Different warehouses, different carriers, different routes.

  • We ship what is ready rather than holding the whole order back. If one item in your order is temporarily out of stock or not released yet, the rest goes out now and that item follows in its own parcel, with its own tracking, at no extra shipping cost to you.

So if something from a bundle is not in the box, check your emails for a second tracking number before assuming it is lost. Usually it is a second parcel still in transit.

If a parcel really is missing — all the tracking says delivered, and an item still has not turned up — email [email protected] with your order number, the email address you used, and a list of what did arrive. That last part is what lets us work out which warehouse to chase.

If a parcel arrived but a component inside it is missing, that is a different thing and is covered in "I opened my kit and a part is missing."
