Jay-D loads songs from its micro SD card, not over USB. The accepted format is mono AAC at 24 kHz, and what "Not inserted!" and "Empty!" each mean.

CircuitBlocks runs in a desktop Chromium browser (Chrome, Edge or Opera). Safari, Firefox, phones and tablets are not supported.

Which operating systems and platforms do you support?

Fixing CircuitBlocks compile errors: empty block inputs, reloading the browser editor, using a Chromium browser, a data-capable USB cable, and testing a built-in example.

CircuitBlocks doesn’t compile my sketch

CircuitBlocks needs a desktop Chromium browser. Then try a data-capable USB cable and a direct port instead of a hub, restart the browser, and restore firmware.

My device keeps disconnecting and connecting when I try to access CircuitBlocks

Yes. Any number of Chatter units can message each other through the built-in contact book, not just the pair in your box.

Can I connect more than two Chatter devices together?

No. Chatter 2.0 runs our own firmware and protocol on LoRa hardware; we do not publish or support a Meshtastic build for it.

Yes, CircuitBlocks auto-saves to our servers as you work; there is a manual save icon but no export.

Is there a way to save my progress in CircuitBlocks?

CircuitBlocks writes MicroPython for every device. Arduino C++ and ESP-IDF C++ are the advanced routes, and which devices each one covers.

What programming languages can I use with CircuitMess kits?

Fixes for a device your computer will not detect: charge-only USB cable, sleep mode, flat batteries, corrupted firmware, missing drivers.

My computer doesn't recognise the device when I plug it in. What's wrong?

No. CircuitBlocks is a browser app and needs an internet connection, plus a desktop Chromium browser for Web Serial.

Does CircuitBlocks work offline?

No, the build is the start: code your own games and apps in CircuitBlocks, or add more kits.
