ByteBoi 2.0 works as a wireless controller for Wheelson 2.0, so you can drive the car yourself instead of leaving it to drive itself.
Build both kits first and charge both batteries. Then:
On ByteBoi 2.0, open the Wheelson remote control app from the menu.
On Wheelson 2.0, switch on remote control mode.
The two connect to each other wirelessly, so there is no cable to plug in and no phone app in between.
Each kit comes with its own usage guide, and both are published on our Resources page at circuitmess.com/blogs/resources. The guides show the exact screens on each device.
If you have been coding either device, restore its stock firmware at code.circuitmess.com and try again. CircuitBlocks erases the flash and writes a MicroPython image over the original software, so the built-in remote control comes back only once the stock firmware is back.
