No. Chatter 2.0 runs our own firmware and our own protocol for talking to the other units in the kit, so it is not compatible with Meshtastic as it ships.
The radio underneath is LoRa, which is the kind of hardware people like to experiment with, and our firmware is open source on GitHub if you want to see how it works. We do not publish a Meshtastic build for Chatter 2.0 and we cannot support or troubleshoot one, so anything in that direction is your own project rather than a supported setup.
If an experiment leaves a unit in a bad state, you can normally put it back to our firmware: connect it to a computer, go to code.circuitmess.com and click Restore firmware.
If you have questions, or something you have built that you would like to show us, message us here, or email [email protected].
