Hong Kong and the UAE do not use postcodes, and that is fine — but it means the rest of the address has to carry all the detail, and an order whose address is missing detail can end up waiting with us until it is completed.
For Hong Kong, include the flat, floor and block as well as the building name, street and district — for example "Flat 1B, 1/F, Block 1" and then the building and street. A building name alone is not enough for the courier to hand the parcel to you.
For the UAE, include the villa or building name and number, the street, and the area and emirate.
In both places, add a phone number. Couriers there routinely call or message to arrange the handover, and a parcel without a reachable number is much harder to deliver.
