Shipments entering Saudi Arabia are legally required to carry the recipient's National Address structure number. If your order does not have one on it, we cannot dispatch it, and it waits with us until you send the number through.
What to do. If we have emailed you about it, reply to that email with your National Address number. Otherwise, message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and the number itself, and we will add it and release the order.
If you do not have one to hand, it is issued by the Saudi national addressing system rather than by us, so it is worth checking your existing records or registering before you order. We cannot look one up for you.
This is set by the destination country, not by us, and it applies no matter which of our warehouses your parcel comes from. Other destinations have their own requirements — those are in Customs information we may need from you and Why do I need to provide a Tax ID (or PCCC) for my delivery?
