My parcel is being returned to the sender. Can I still get it?

What happens when a parcel cannot be delivered, and the options once it arrives back at the warehouse.

Yes — a parcel on its way back to us is not a lost order. Here is how it plays out and what speeds it up.

Why it happens: missed delivery attempts, an address the courier could not deliver to (a missing flat number, or a PO Box), or a pickup-point parcel that was not collected in time.

While it is still in your country, the fastest fix is the carrier itself: contact them with your tracking number and ask for a redelivery or a collection point. Early in the return process the parcel can sometimes still be stopped locally.

Once it is travelling back, email [email protected] with your order number so we know to expect it. When it reaches the warehouse, we will contact you with the options: reshipping it to you — with a corrected address if the address was the problem — or a refund under the standard policy: What is CircuitMess' refund policy?

If the tracking has simply gone quiet rather than showing a return, that is usually something else — see Why is my tracking status not updating?
