No — please use a physical street address. The couriers our warehouses ship with need an address where someone can receive the parcel, and they cannot usually deliver to PO Boxes — an order addressed to one tends to stall before it ever reaches you. If a PO Box is genuinely your only option — on some military bases, for example — ask us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can work for your address.
What works instead: a home or work address where someone can receive the parcel. In countries where our carriers support it, checkout also offers delivery to a pickup point — a shop or locker you collect from — which covers most reasons people reach for a PO Box in the first place.
If you have already ordered with a PO Box address, email [email protected] straight away with your order number and a street address. Before the parcel is dispatched we can usually change the address. Once it is with the courier we cannot change it ourselves, though depending on the destination and the courier a redirect can sometimes be arranged. If the parcel does come back to us, we will contact you about reshipping it to a street address.
The same applies to any address our couriers cannot physically hand a parcel to: if you are unsure whether yours qualifies, ask us before ordering.
