What options exist. The delivery services available for your address, with their prices and estimates, are shown at checkout once you enter your country. That list is the honest answer for your destination; it varies too much between countries for an article to promise anything.
The part we will not pretend about: transit times are estimates, not guarantees — dispatch takes 48 to 72 business hours and transit is usually one to two weeks, but customs and carriers are outside our control. No delivery service we offer turns that into a promised date.
Ordering against a deadline — a birthday, a school term, a trip
Order with margin. If the date matters, treat the top of the estimate as the plan, not the bottom.
Or email us first. Write to [email protected] before ordering with your country and the date you need it by, and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic and which option gives you the best chance. That costs you nothing and avoids a refund conversation later.
If you have already placed the order and need it sooner, email us with the order number straight away — before it is dispatched there is sometimes something we can do, and after dispatch the parcel is with the carrier and we cannot speed it up.
