Your tracking link came in the shipping confirmation email. If it shows "in transit", the parcel is on its way.
International transit can take one to two weeks, and tracking often does not update until the parcel reaches your country.
Pre-orders ship on their estimated date rather than immediately.
Tell us your order number and the email address you used at checkout and we will look it up for you here. A CircuitMess webshop order number is 5 or 6 digits, sometimes shown with a # in front. If your number starts with letters instead — for example SAS6847926 — it was placed through ClassWallet, a school or another marketplace, and we cannot look that up here; tell us the number and a colleague will chase the seller and come back to you.
If it has been more than 15 business days since the shipping confirmation and tracking has not moved, tell us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
