Not every order includes a free mat, and the bundle page is the place that settles it.
How to tell. If a bundle includes the mat as a gift, the mat is listed on that bundle's own product page, usually marked as a free gift with purchase. If it is not listed on the page, it is not part of that bundle. A rundown of what each bundle contains is in What is in each CircuitMess bundle?.
If your order includes one, where is it? Gift items can travel in a separate parcel with its own tracking number, and the parcels can arrive days apart — so a mat that is not in the first box is usually still on its way rather than missing. See Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?.
If the tracking says everything has arrived and there is no mat, and your bundle's page listed one, email [email protected] with your order number and a list of what did arrive. Anything missing from an order is ours to put right.
