Yes — you can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll stop it.
If a shipping label has already been created but the parcel hasn’t left yet, email us anyway and we’ll still try to stop it.
Once the parcel has left, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it for a refund instead once it arrives — see “My order has already shipped, but I don’t want it anymore.”
Your refund
We issue the refund within 14 days of you telling us, to your original payment method, with no fees deducted. How long it then takes to show up on your statement is down to your bank, so we can’t promise a timeframe for that part.
