Once an order has been dispatched we can’t recall it, but you can still return it for a refund.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and tell us you’d like to return it. Then wait for the parcel to arrive — please don’t send anything back until we’ve confirmed the return address with you. We ship from several regional warehouses, and a parcel sent to the wrong one is very hard to trace.
You don’t need to leave the box unopened. Opened, unpacked and even fully assembled kits can be returned. Keeping the original packaging helps, but it isn’t a condition.
You pay return postage, unless the return is down to us — wrong kit, a missing part or transit damage — in which case we send you a prepaid label.
