In countries where our carriers offer it, checkout lets you send the parcel to a pickup point — a shop, locker or depot near you — instead of your home address. Useful if nobody is home during the day, or if parcels tend to go missing from your doorstep.
What appears on your order: the order carries the pickup point's street address as its delivery address, under your name. So do not worry when the confirmation shows the point's street address rather than yours — the parcel is addressed to the point on purpose.
Collecting it: wait for the arrival notification, then collect promptly — pickup points hold parcels for a limited time before sending them back. The notification tells you what to bring.
Changed your mind, or no pickup point appears at checkout? Email [email protected] with your order number before the parcel is dispatched and we will switch the order to home delivery instead.
If a parcel was sent back because it was not collected in time, it is not lost — the options are covered in My parcel is being returned to the sender. Can I still get it?
