Buying a gift and want no prices with the parcel? Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you have ordered — say it is a gift and that no priced paperwork should go in or on the box, and we will flag it for the warehouse before it is packed. The sooner you tell us, the more certain that is; once a parcel is packed and dispatched, we cannot change what went inside.
Need an itemised invoice or a VAT invoice — for an employer, a school, or your own records? Email [email protected] with your order number and the details the invoice should carry (name or company, address, and a VAT or tax number if one applies) and we will send you a proper invoice by email. The order confirmation email you received at purchase works as a receipt for most purposes in the meantime.
