Email [email protected] and we will put a quote together. We work with schools, universities, libraries, coding clubs and government programmes all over the world, so tell us what you are trying to do and we will work backwards from there.

What to send us for a quote

  • Your institution or company name, and what kind of organisation it is

  • Which products you are interested in

  • Quantity, even approximately

  • The destination country

  • Any deadline you are working to, such as the start of term or a grant expiry

The deadline matters more than people expect. Tell us early and we can plan the stock and shipping around it.

Procurement and paperwork. We can issue a proforma invoice for a purchase requisition or a grant application, work against a purchase order, and invoice the institution rather than an individual. If you are tax-exempt, say so at the quote stage and send us your exemption details, so the invoice is right first time rather than needing reissuing.

Bulk packaging. For classroom sets we can look at how the kits are packed, so you are not opening thirty individual retail boxes the night before a lesson. Ask when you request the quote.

Resellers and distributors. Same address — email [email protected] with your company, the territory you cover, and the channels you sell through.

Educational pricing is also covered in "Do you offer special discounts for schools or government institutions?".
