Your access details for the Fractions and Decimals Curriculum arrive by email a few hours after the purchase goes through, sent to the address you used at checkout.

If nothing has arrived after a few hours, that is usually a filtering problem rather than a problem with your order: check the spam and promotions folders of that address.

The course runs on our digital learning platform, which you open from that email. Your child needs a computer or tablet with an internet connection, and nothing else.

Your access to the modules is unlimited and does not expire. If something in the email stops working, that is the email rather than your access, and we can send your details again.

If the email has not arrived, if you cannot see how to get in, or if the course will not open, message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and the email address you used, and we will get you back in.

Age range, lesson count and how the lessons are structured are covered in the Fractions and Decimals Curriculum FAQ.
