Message us here, or email [email protected], and we will arrange a replacement part for your Codee 2.0. There is no spare-parts page in the shop, so every request goes through support.
The Codee 2.0 kit contains a circuit board, a LiPo battery, an acrylic casing, button caps, a plastic on-off cap, screws and a screwdriver.
The screen is not a separate item in the kit, so if the screen, or the connection between the screen and the circuit board, is damaged, send us a photo and we will work out which part you need.

A photo of the whole circuit board, if the part is an electronic one
Whether you pay for it depends on what happened:
Missing from the box: free. That is our packing error.
Genuinely defective: free replacement under the warranty.
Broken during assembly or in use: we can still send you one, but the part is charged. We always quote the price first and never charge anything without your agreement.
