A device that will not start after a full build is disheartening, and it is often a loose connection or a battery that has not been charged rather than a broken part.
Start with the Li-Po battery. It is one of the parts you fit yourself in both kits, so confirm it is connected the way the guide shows, and give it a full charge before you decide the device is faulty.
Then compare the finished device against the build guide photographs. Both kits come with a step-by-step guide of over 100 photos, and holding your board next to those pictures is the quickest way to find a connection that was missed or not pushed fully home.
On Wheelson 2.0, re-check the camera if it is not detected. The camera comes as a separate part in the box and you connect it during the build.
On ByteBoi 2.0, re-check the pushbuttons and button caps against the guide if the device powers up but some controls do nothing. Both are separate parts you fit during assembly.
If none of that brings it to life, message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number, a description of what happens when you switch the device on, and photographs of the assembled device and of its main circuit board. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours, and we will work through it with you.
A part that arrived faulty, or that was missing from the box, is replaced free of charge. A part broken during the build or in use, such as a camera cable pulled out of its connector, can still be supplied, but it is charged, and we always quote the price before we send anything.
