We do not know yet, and that is an unsatisfying answer when you are deciding whether to pay for one. MAKERphone 2.0's cellular bands, SIM format and VoLTE support are not confirmed, so we cannot tell you whether it will work with your SIM card or your network, in any country.
The reason is that the device is not on general sale. The MAKERphone 2.0 product page offers a paid reservation ahead of a crowdfunding campaign. A reservation holds your place; it is not an order awaiting dispatch, and no shipping or delivery date is published for it. Specifications are announced on that page as they are settled, so it is worth checking there.
Nothing written about the original MAKERphone, sold as Ringo, carries over. That was a different kit and it has been discontinued.
