MAKERphone 2.0 is not shipping yet. What you have is a reservation made before our crowdfunding campaign, not an order waiting to be dispatched, so there is no parcel and no tracking number at this stage.
What the reservation does. It holds your place and locks the VIP price against the planned retail price. The current terms are on the MAKERphone 2.0 product page, which is the place to check rather than this article, because the numbers there are live.
Where things stand. The Kickstarter campaign closed on Saturday 10 October 2026, and MAKERphone 2.0 can now be pre-ordered in our web shop on the product page. We have emailed everyone holding a reservation about the campaign and will keep emailing whenever the timeline moves, so please check your spam and promotions folders as well as your inbox. The product page shows our current estimated ship date for web-shop pre-orders, which is an estimate rather than a promise; we cannot give a delivery date for your reservation here. For anything about how your reservation applies, message us here with your order number and a colleague will check it.
Changing your details. Message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and what needs changing. If you want to give us a delivery address now, send the recipient name, street and apartment or unit, city, postcode and country, and a colleague will confirm once it has been noted.
