MAKERphone 2.0 is not on general sale yet. What you have is a reservation ahead of a crowdfunding campaign, not an order waiting to be dispatched, so there is no parcel and no tracking number at this stage.
What the reservation does. It holds your place and locks the VIP price against the planned retail price. The current terms are on the MAKERphone 2.0 product page, which is the place to check rather than this article, because the numbers there are live.
What happens next. The campaign launches first. We email everyone holding a reservation when it opens and whenever the timeline moves, so please check your spam and promotions folders as well as your inbox. We are not quoting a delivery date, because we do not have one we would stand behind yet.
Changing your details. Email [email protected] with your order number and what needs changing. If you want to give us a delivery address now, send the recipient name, street and apartment or unit, city, postcode and country, and we will attach it to your reservation.
