The Rimac Nevera is sold from stock, so an order placed now goes into the normal dispatch queue rather than waiting for a production run. Dispatch takes 48 to 72 business hours, and transit after that usually takes one to two weeks.
That transit time is typical rather than guaranteed. Customs and carrier handovers can add to it.
We ship from seven regional warehouses, so your parcel may not leave from the country you expect. If your order has more than one item in it, the items we have in stock go out first and the rest follows with its own tracking number, at no extra cost, so a part-delivered order is not a lost one. If you ordered a while ago and have had no dispatch email, that is frustrating and worth chasing. We would rather check your specific order than talk in averages. Message us here, or email [email protected], with:

the email address you used at checkout, if you cannot find the confirmation email

We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
If your delivery address has changed, tell us in the same email. We can change it while the order is still with us, but not once the parcel is with the courier.
