You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will stop it.
If a shipping label already exists but the parcel has not gone yet, email us anyway. A label is not a dispatch. We will still try to pull it, and we often can.
Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it — but you do not have to wait for it to arrive to cancel. Email [email protected] and tell us today. Your refund runs from the day you tell us, not from the day the parcel comes back to us, so telling us early is worth doing. We will confirm the return address once the parcel reaches you. Refusing the parcel at the door is not a cancellation on its own. A refused parcel can sit in a depot for weeks before it comes back to us, and if we do not know it is coming we cannot match it to you. If you refuse a delivery, email us the same day with your order number so we can watch for it.
