I'm missing a component, what should I do?

How to report a component missing from your CircuitMess kit and get it sent to you free of charge.

Email us at [email protected] and we’ll send the missing part. Anything missing from the box is our error, so it goes out free of charge and there’s nothing to return.

First, check the component list in your build guide to confirm what should be included — small components are often bagged separately inside the box. Build guides are at circuitmess.com/blogs/resources.

If it really is missing, send us:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the missing component (from the build guide)

  • A photo of all the parts you received

This is about parts that never arrived. A part that did arrive but is faulty or got broken during the build is handled under our warranty instead: a genuinely defective part is replaced free, and a part broken in use or assembly can still be replaced but is charged, with the price always quoted to you first. See “Do your kits have a warranty?”.
