You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll stop it.
If a shipping label has already been created but the parcel hasn’t left yet, email us anyway and we’ll still try to stop it.
Once the parcel has left, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it for a refund instead — see “What is CircuitMess’ refund policy?”
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel from your account at dashboard.circuitmess.com. You can only cancel upcoming boxes you haven’t paid for yet — boxes you’ve already paid for will still be delivered.
New STEM Box and Wacky Robots subscriptions are no longer available. If you’re already a subscriber you can still manage your subscription from your account.
