Orders
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and we will stop it.
If a shipping label has already been created but the parcel has not left the warehouse, message us here anyway. A label is not a dispatch, and we can often still pull it.
Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it, but you are not stuck with it. In the EU, EEA and UK you have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery; the notice and the model form are in Your right to cancel: notice and model form. Everywhere else our own 30-day return window applies. Both are set out in What is CircuitMess' refund policy?.
You do not have to wait for the parcel to arrive before cancelling. Message us here as soon as you have decided: your refund runs from the day you tell us, not from the day the parcel gets back to us. We will confirm the return address once the parcel reaches you, so please wait for that before posting anything, as we ship from several regional warehouses and a parcel sent to the wrong one is hard to trace.
Subscriptions
New subscriptions are closed and existing ones have been wound down, with every remaining box sent as one final consolidated delivery. A subscription that was never cancelled can still be cancelled from the subscription dashboard at dashboard.circuitmess.com. Cancelling stops the upcoming boxes you have not paid for yet; boxes you have already paid for will still be delivered.
New STEM Box and Wacky Robots subscriptions are no longer available. If you are already a subscriber you can still manage your subscription from the subscription dashboard.
