I have accidentally broken a component, where can I buy a spare part?

How to buy a spare part for a component you broke yourself, and how we quote the price before charging.

Email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort out a spare. Let us know:

  • Which device the part is for

  • Which component you need (name or photo from the build guide)

  • Your order number

We’ll confirm the exact part and quote you the price before anything is charged, and you pay through our normal online checkout like any other order. We won’t charge you without giving you the price first.

Include photos of the part with your message. If it turns out the component was defective rather than damaged in use, the replacement is free under our warranty — we’ll tell you which applies once we’ve seen the photos. See “Do your kits have a warranty?”.

Build guides, with the component names, are at circuitmess.com/blogs/resources.
