We understand that plans change! Here's how cancellation works for orders and subscriptions.

Orders: You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Just email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we'll take care of it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can request a return instead (see our return policy for details).

Subscriptions: Our subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel it in your account. Please note that you can only cancel upcoming boxes you haven't paid for yet — boxes already purchased will still be delivered.

Please note that new STEM Box and Wacky Robots subscriptions are no longer available. Existing subscribers can still manage their subscriptions through their account.
