Each curriculum purchase is tied to one email address. How families with several children set things up, and how to get a fresh access link.

Two pieces of housekeeping that come up with the Fractions & Decimals course, with the same short answer: email us and we will sort it out.

More than one child. Each curriculum purchase is tied to a single email address. If you are setting up more than one purchase, each needs its own email address — any family member's address works. If you have already bought two under the same address, email [email protected] and we will help you move the second one to its own address. And if you are wondering whether one purchase can cover your family before buying a second, ask us first and we will advise.

The access link stopped working. If the link in your welcome email no longer works, your access is not gone — access to the course is lifetime, as covered in Fractions & Decimals Curriculum — Frequently Asked Questions. Email us and we will send your access details again. Say where you bought the course — ClassWallet, Step Up For Students or elsewhere — so we can find the purchase quickly.
