Annoying, and usually quick to resolve. Two things to check before you email us:
Type the code exactly as printed. The usual culprits are a zero read as the letter O, a one read as a lowercase L or capital I, and a stray space before or after the code. Typing it fresh rather than pasting also rules out an invisible character.
Each code works once. If someone else in the house set the Beep Boop up first, the code may already have been used — worth asking before assuming it is broken.
If it still says invalid or already used, email [email protected] with:
a photo of the code exactly as printed on the card
where you were entering it when it failed
your order number, or where the Beep Boop was bought
whether the app reset or lost progress just before the code stopped working — if so, say what happened
We will check the code at our end and work out what has happened.
