Subscription Policy

CircuitMess subscription boxes are no longer sold, so a new subscription cannot be started. The terms below cover subscriptions bought while they were still available.

A subscription delivered repeat boxes at the duration and frequency chosen at purchase, and renewed automatically at the end of that duration. Existing subscriptions have since been wound down: the boxes still owed were consolidated and sent as one final delivery — see I subscribed to a 3 or 6 month subscription. Did my boxes ship together?.

To stop it renewing, cancel in your account, or message us here or email [email protected], and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops every box you have not yet paid for.

Boxes you have already paid for are dispatched as normal unless you ask us to stop them. If plans have changed and a paid box has not shipped yet, message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number. We will look at what has not yet shipped and refund it where your consumer rights or our refund policy allow — the details are in What is CircuitMess' refund policy? Once a box has been handed to the courier we cannot pull it back.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory right to cancel — set out in Your right to cancel: notice and model form —, which is set out in "Your right to cancel: notice and model form".

For anything else about a running subscription, message us here, or email [email protected].
