Inside the EU, orders over about EUR 96 ship free to a pickup point, such as a parcel locker. Delivery to a home address is charged. Outside the EU, orders over USD 96 can qualify for free shipping. Checkout shows the exact options, prices and threshold for your country.
Otherwise there is a shipping charge. It depends on your country and on the delivery option you pick, so rather than quote a figure here we let the checkout work out the exact amount — you will see it before you pay.
We ship from seven regional warehouses — in the EU, the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UK, China and Australia — and your order goes out from whichever one is nearest to you.
A small number of destinations cannot be selected at checkout. Those are listed in our article “Countries we cannot ship to”, so it is worth checking before you order.
Orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours. Transit after that is usually one to two weeks, though it varies by destination and is not guaranteed.
In the EU and the other countries where we have a warehouse there is usually nothing extra to pay on arrival. If your country is not served by one of our warehouses, the recipient may owe import duty set by their own government.
