Shipping is free on orders over EUR 96 within the EU and over USD 99 outside the EU.
Below those thresholds there is a shipping charge. It depends on your country and on the delivery option you pick, so rather than quote a figure here we let the checkout work out the exact amount — you will see it before you pay.
We ship from seven regional warehouses — in the EU, the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UK, China and Australia — and your order goes out from whichever one is nearest to you.
A small number of destinations cannot be selected at checkout. Those are listed in our article “Countries we cannot ship to”, so it is worth checking before you order.
Orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours. Transit after that is usually one to two weeks, though it varies by destination and is not guaranteed.
For most destinations there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. If your country is not served by one of our warehouses, the recipient may owe import duty set by their own government. If you are not sure which applies to you, message us here, or email [email protected], and we will confirm.
