We have no physical retail store. Everything is sold through our online shop.

Partner retailers — some electronics and education stores carry our products.
Maker events and fairs — we occasionally attend maker faires and STEM events where you can see the kits and buy one in person.
Orders ship from seven regional warehouses — in the EU, the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UK, China and Australia — and yours goes out from whichever one is nearest to you.
We deliver to most countries, but a small number of destinations cannot be selected at checkout: Israel, Turkey, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. There is more on that in Countries we cannot ship to.
Inside the EU, orders over about EUR 96 ship free to a pickup point, such as a parcel locker; delivery to a home address is charged. Outside the EU, orders over USD 99 can qualify for free shipping. Otherwise there is a shipping charge that depends on your country and the delivery option you choose, so it is worked out at checkout before you pay.
