We don’t have a physical retail store. Everything is sold through our online shop.

Maker events and fairs — we occasionally attend maker faires and STEM events where you can see the kits and buy one in person.
We ship worldwide from seven regional warehouses — in the EU, the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the UK, China and Australia — and your order goes out from whichever one is nearest to you.
Shipping is free on orders over EUR 96 within the EU and over USD 99 outside the EU. Below those thresholds there is a shipping charge that depends on your country and the delivery option you choose, so it is worked out at checkout before you pay.
