New subscriptions are closed. We changed our business model, so no new monthly subscription can be started. Existing subscriptions were wound down: rather than continuing month by month, every box still owed was consolidated and shipped together as one final delivery. If you believe you are still owed boxes, message us here, or email [email protected], and we will check your account. A subscription that has not been cancelled can still be cancelled, either in the subscription dashboard at dashboard.circuitmess.com or by email, as set out in How do I cancel my subscription?
Many of the kits that went out in the STEM Box and Wacky Robots series are sold individually on our website: circuitmess.com. Some of the older kits have since been discontinued and are no longer manufactured, so not everything from the subscription years is still on sale. If you are looking for a particular one, message us here, or email [email protected], and we will tell you whether it is still available.
If you already own a device from one of the subscription cycles and need help with it, that support has not gone anywhere. This Help Centre has a collection for each device, and the assembly manuals and coding tutorials are on our Resources page: circuitmess.com/blogs/resources.
