You can cancel in two ways, and either one stops future renewals.
In your account: log in at dashboard.circuitmess.com, open your subscription settings and choose Cancel.
By email: message us here, or email [email protected], with your order details and we will cancel it for you.
This covers the CircuitMess subscription boxes, STEM Box and Wacky Robots. Both are closed to new sign-ups, but an existing subscription can still be cancelled.
Cancelling stops any further boxes being charged or sent. If a box has already been processed or handed to the courier, that one is on its way and cannot be pulled back.
If you paid upfront for several months and want to stop before they have all arrived, message us here and say so rather than waiting it out. We will look at what has not yet shipped and refund it where your consumer rights or our refund policy allow. The details are in What is CircuitMess' refund policy?
