We issue your refund within 14 days of you telling us you want to return your order. It goes back to your original payment method, with no fees deducted, and we don’t wait for the parcel to reach us first.
How long it then takes to appear on your statement is down to your bank or payment provider rather than us, so that part isn’t a timeframe we can promise.
If it hasn’t turned up, check with your bank first — refunds sometimes appear under a different name, or sit pending for a while. If your bank confirms there’s nothing pending, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it.
