Most of our customers pay nothing extra.
We ship from several regional warehouses rather than one central location, and your order goes out from whichever is closest to you. For most destinations that means your parcel arrives as a local or regional delivery, with no import duty to pay.
If your country isn't served by one of our warehouses, your own customs authority may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives. Those charges are set by your government, not by us. We can't predict them, prepay them or refund them, and the recipient is the one who pays them.
If you'd like to know where you stand before ordering, your national customs office is the reliable source. Most publish their rates, and many have an online estimator.
Still not sure? Email [email protected] with your country and what you're thinking of ordering, and we'll tell you what we know.
On shipping cost itself: shipping is free on orders over EUR 96 in the EU and USD 99 outside the EU. Below that, the cost depends on your country and the delivery option you choose, and it's worked out at checkout.
