If your MAKERbuino has frozen or is behaving oddly, a restart usually clears it, and it only takes a minute.
Soft reset. Press the small reset pushbutton on the main board. It is usually near the edge of the PCB.
Power cycle. Switch the console off at the power switch, wait ten seconds, then switch it back on.
Rule out a flat battery. If it will not turn on at all, plug in a micro USB cable, leave it charging for an hour and try again. A flat battery looks much the same as a dead console. If the charging port itself is loose or damaged, see My MAKERbuino micro USB charging port is broken, how can I fix this?.
If a restart does not settle it, the console may need a hard reset from the SD card loader, which is covered in "My MAKERbuino is not working properly".
If it still will not start, or it starts but keeps misbehaving, message us here, or email [email protected], with what the console does and what you have already tried, and we will work through it with you.
