We're sorry about that! We pack thousands of components, and occasionally a small piece can be missed. The good news is that it's easy to fix — you do not need to return your kit.

Here's what to do: Email us at [email protected] with a photo of everything you received in your package, and let us know which part is missing. Once we get your message, we'll ship the missing part to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
