Once we approve your refund, we process it right away on our end. How quickly it reaches you depends on your payment method:

Credit or debit card: 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. This timeline is set by your bank, not by us.

PayPal: Refunds are usually instant or within 1-2 business days.

Other payment methods: Most refunds arrive within 5-10 business days.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you still don't see the refund, we recommend checking with your bank first — sometimes refunds appear under a different name or take extra processing time.
