Yes! You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll cancel it for you. You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You'll know it's shipped if you've received a tracking number. In that case, you can request a return once the package arrives — see our refund policy for details.
