The RC Bundle 2.0 is two separate kits, Wheelson 2.0 and ByteBoi 2.0, each in its own box with its own contents. Wheelson 2.0 takes about two hours to build and is recommended for ages 9 and up. ByteBoi 2.0 takes about an hour and a half and is recommended for ages 9 and up. Taken together, the bundle suits ages 9 and up, or younger with an adult sitting alongside.
Tools
Wheelson 2.0 needs no soldering and is assembled with the screwdriver included in its own box. There is no screwdriver in the ByteBoi 2.0 box, so use the Wheelson one for its screws. No Tools Pack and no Silicone Work Mat are included with the bundle, and each build guide lists anything else it expects you to have to hand.
Wheelson 2.0 contains:
Main circuit board
Camera
Motors
Wheels
Main shell casing
Li-Po battery
Screws
Screwdriver
Button caps
Stickers
ByteBoi 2.0 contains:
Main circuit board
Speaker
Li-Po battery
Screws
Micro SD card
Button caps
Pushbuttons
Acrylic casing
Each kit has its own rechargeable Li-Po battery, and ByteBoi 2.0 arrives with games already loaded.
Both kits come with a build guide of more than 100 photographs, a usage guide and a coding guide. Check the contents against the build guide before you start, so anything missing turns up early rather than half way through.
If a part is missing from the box, or is defective when it arrives, we replace it free of charge. Message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and a photo of everything that came in the box.
A part broken during assembly or later use is charged rather than replaced free. We quote the price first and send nothing until you agree to it.
