If Armstrong is moving slowly, start with the robotic arm: loosen its bolts slightly and try it again. Overtightened bolts can bind the joints.
If it still moves slowly, restore the firmware. Connect Armstrong to your computer with a USB cable, go here, and click Restore firmware in the top right corner.
If neither helps, message us here, or email [email protected], and describe what the arm does — a short video is the fastest way for us to see it. Armstrong is discontinued, but we still support it.
