Your order number is a plain 5 or 6 digit number, sometimes written with a hash, like #65729. You can find it in the order confirmation email we sent when you placed your order. It is also in any subsequent shipping emails.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, and search your inbox for "CircuitMess". There is no account to log in to. We do not run an order-history page on our webshop, so nothing about your order is hidden behind a login — everything is sent to the email address you used at checkout. The only login we have is the subscription dashboard at dashboard.circuitmess.com, and that is only for STEM Box and Wacky Robots subscriptions.
If you bought through a school, ClassWallet, a reseller or a marketplace, your order number belongs to their system rather than ours and often starts with letters, for example SAS6847926. Give us the number exactly as it appears and we will chase it with the seller. A Kickstarter, Indiegogo or BackerKit pledge has no CircuitMess order number at all — tell us it is a pledge and we will look it up in the crowdfunding system instead.
