In the end, yes — that is what happened. When the subscription boxes were discontinued, the boxes still owed on each subscription were consolidated and sent as one final delivery instead of arriving month by month.
While the subscription was running it worked the other way: a box was dispatched each month on your subscription cycle, each one a different kit, packed and shipped as the cycle reached it. That is why boxes could not be released in one go at the time.
New STEM Box subscriptions are no longer available. If a box you paid for has not reached you, message us here, or email [email protected], with your order number and we will check what went out. If you would rather stop and be refunded for anything not yet shipped, say so in the same email and we will look at what is outstanding.
