To update the payment details on an active subscription:
Go to your subscription dashboard at dashboard.circuitmess.com
Log in with your account email
Open the Payment method section
Select Update and enter the new details
New STEM Box sign-ups are closed, but an existing subscription can still be managed from the dashboard.
If you cannot make the change yourself, message us here, or email [email protected], from the subscription dashboard address and we will work it out with you.
Please do not send card numbers by email. We will never ask you for them.
