Existing subscriptions have since been wound down: rather than continuing month by month, the boxes still owed were consolidated and sent as one final delivery.
Subscribers could choose a 1-month, 6-month or 1-year subscription, each delivering a unique STEM Box to their doorstep every month.
The three tiers were:
STEM Apprentice (1 month) — billed monthly, with the highest price per box of the three.
STEM Hero (6 months) — six boxes paid upfront at a lower price per box, with a Tools Pack alongside the first box. Renewed automatically after six months.
STEM Legend (1 year) — twelve boxes paid upfront at the lowest price per box, with a Tools Pack alongside the first box. It did not renew, because it covered every box in the series.
